Feature request

I love this app and being able to connect it with my Apple Watch. I have been a little disappointed in how it stays connected to the content it feeds. I check my watch to see my spouses glucose level and am often met with the three dash marks. To remedy the problem I often have to find my phone, go into multitask mode and close the app. Only after reopening will I see current information. I looked to see if background app refresh was a feature and it isnt. Please consider adding this ability to allow a more steady stream of data to come in. Thanks! I love your product!
